A Joyful June Gathering
On Saturday, June 7th, we gathered once again with our amazing community—and what a beautiful day it was. Over 60 of you joined us at Supergeil in Corktown, a cozy and vibrant spot where Eastern European flavors meet Mediterranean hospitality. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch and the space was perfect for the kind of connection we’re building together.

We were joined by grandparents, parents, caregivers and lots of curious, playful kiddos—all eager to learn more about Kintsugi Village and what’s ahead. We shared updates on our grand opening celebration (mark your calendars: October 11th!) and our school opening on October 13th—a big moment that marks the beginning of Phase One.
We talked about what makes our school different, especially our commitment to the Reggio Emilia approach, where children are seen as capable, creative and full of potential. Families had thoughtful questions about everything from curriculum and aftercare (yes, we know it’s in high demand!) to how we plan to support the unique needs of every child. We also shared that we’ll be opening two classrooms this fall, with more to come in January 2026.
Of course, the kids got in on the fun, too—with a creative, hands-on activity inspired by our Reggio Emilia roots. And thanks to our generous friends at Eon Promos, every attendee went home with a Kintsugi Village shirt—a small reminder of the big things we’re building together.
The weather showed up for us with sunshine and clear skies, and so did you—with your questions, your laughter, your ideas and your support. We’re already celebrating eight families who have committed to our school—and counting!
Thank you for walking this journey with us. This community is what makes Kintsugi Village possible—and we can’t wait for what’s next.
